Hefesto Asesores participated in the divestment by a Mexican Institutional Fund of Funds in Frogtek

Our Managing Partner, Federico Vázquez, participated advising an important Mexican Institutional Fund of Funds, in the structuring and legal implementation of the divestment in the startup, Frogtek, through a secondary market transaction in which the Founders team reacquired its participation.

The investment, which amount is confidential, had a double-digit cumulative annual return, representing a successful divestment for the institutional investor and a confirmation of the Founders’ commitment to continue betting on the growth of their company.

The HA team was integrated by Federico Vázquez and Eduardo Cruz, and Brenda Herrero participated as the investor’s in-house legal counsel.

Frogtek is a tool that allows to analyze Sell In and Sell Out of the traditional channel in emerging markets.
