Maquia Capital Group acquires a Sociedad Financiera de Objeto Multiple (Multiple Purpose Finance Company).

Hefesto Asesores acted as legal advisor to Maquia Capital Group in the acquisition of a Sociedad Financiera de Objeto Multiple, with this transaction, Maquia consolidates its position as a key participant in the development of the Mexican financial market, providing its clients with solutions in traditional and sophisticated alternative investments.

The transaction was documented through a share purchase agreement, the value of which was not disclosed to the public.
