Moises is an attorney with over 10 years of experience, licensed to practice in the United States of America and heads all of Hefesto Global’s transactions in that jurisdiction. He has experience in various types of private equity transactions and advises some of the leading foreign startups in their soft-landing process in the United States.
In addition to being part of Hefesto Global, Moises is a founding partner of Saltiel Law Group, specializing in corporate and transactional matters.
Moises holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration (B.B.A.) International Finance & Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a JD from Florida International University.
